12- Months Web Developer/ Programmer Intern for multilayer digital marketing company that combines creative output with no-nonsense success metrics, providing clients with full service marketing solutions. The company is located in Newton, Massachusetts. The intern will be building (according to their ability) everything from websites to databases, software and iPhone apps. Focus, however, will be on websites. Must have or be pursuing a degree in: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering. Must have at least 1 year of experience with overall web development. Required experience/skills: PHP, OOP&basic knowledge of design patterns: MySQL, x(HTML), and JavaScript/ AJAX. Preferred skills: CSS & HTML- markup; PHP frameworks or popular CMS. Wage rate: $1000 per month. The company provides free housing: furnished apartment or house, shared, one person per room usually 10- 30 minutes from the company.
